North Dakota legislature are out of session. They will begin their session in January (of 2008)
Third Quarter Report, 2007:
ND out of session for the year. I will follow up with them this fall for any planned legislation for the 2008 convening.
Second Quarter Report, 2007:
There is no legislative activity to report. The LLO that had been appointed to ND has left the Coast Guard Auxiliary. The South Dakota LLO is now covering both ND and SD.
