First Quarter Report, 2008:
The Tennessee legislature has three boating bills under consideration. One is regarding boat titling, another regards leaving the scene of a boating accident, and the other regards the imposition of a privilege fee for non-Tennessee registered boats mooring at a dock for a fee.
